blENDe Labs is run by Lerato Siame

Lerato spent a decade in finance before she wrote a product spec — wealth management for high-net-worth clients, then leadership roles across investments, credit and commercial strategy at one of Zambia's leading fintechs, where she raised growth capital, launched a peer-to-peer lending platform, and ran credit operations end to end.

That history is the point. Most software studios can build what you describe. Very few can tell you whether it will make money, survive a regulator's questions, or convince an investment committee — because they've never sat on one. blENDe Labs was founded on the belief that products should be built by people who understand the business as deeply as the software.

The Labs' own platform, blENDe Co, keeps that belief honest: we operate live products with real users and real payments — so the advice we give clients is the advice we take ourselves.

We have a particular soft spot for products that widen access — to work, to credit, to financial confidence — and a track record of building for and with women: a planning companion used by busy women, and a platform preparing women entrepreneurs for finance.
